The Little Elk Wind Project is located in southwest Oklahoma approximately 6 miles southeast of Cordell. The main project area is in Washita County with a portion of the transmission line in Kiowa County.

The project interconnects at the Gotebo Substation via a 9 mile radial t-line at 69 kV. Gotebo is owned and operated by WFEC.
